Our Process

Our process is simple really. It consists of 5 steps:

1. Information Gathering

This is the initial planning stage. We find out what your goals and needs are. We ask for details about your business and your competitors. We ask for color preferences, web sites you like and why, your primary reasons for developing an online presence, what you expect your site to do, etc.

2. First Draft/Mock-up

During this stage a web designer will mock-up the look or front-end of your new site. Several mock-ups may presented to find what look suits your company's image best. We also begin preliminary programming of the backend of your site. We may write preliminary content to help get your creative juices flowing as the textual and graphic content.

3. Editing & Revisons

Here's where you get to edit a rough draft of the site. You can change wording, images and just about anything you want. We then revise the site and send it back for more editing, until you have exactly what you want. We make programming corrections to the backend of the site and fix program bugs.

4. Final Revisions

Final checks, proofreading and another good editing are done to make sure everything is "high and tight." The pages are optimized for search engines by adding titles, descriptions, keywords and alt tags. We make sure everything is perfect and is ready for submission to major search engines. We also make sure all backend programs perform their functions flawlessly without any annoying bugs.

5. Web Site Launch

Time to "Go Live!" We upload your web site files to the server, make our final checks, submitt the pages to search engines, start marketing the web site and record user feed back. During this stage we may make more adjustments and corrections based on user feedback. We will also discuss site maintainence and web marketing promotion with you.
